On January 1, 2014 the Affordable Care Act went into full effect. What does that mean to you? Join Lisa Aliferis, a health editor at KQED News who produced the station's popular 'Obamacare Explained: A Guide for Californians.' She will give you an overview of how the Affordable Care Act works and who it was designed to help. Preliminary numbers show that nearly 500,000 Californians have enrolled in a new plan.
