Free Film Screening and Panel: A Church Divided

A Church DividedIs homosexuality a sin? That question is fiercely debated in A Church Divided, a new documentary presented by the Center for Investigative Reporting and KQED. The documentary follows California delegates to the United Methodist Church's global convention in Tampa, Florida. There, church leaders discuss and vote on the future of the church, and it's official policy relating to gays and lesbians. Watch A Church Divided on YouTube.

Please join producer Adi Sambamurthy, reporter Matt Smith, KQED's Scott Shafer and others for a panel discussion after the screening. Registration is free, but RSVP is required as space is very limited. RSVP at achurchdivided.eventbrite.com.
