Rene Garcia, Jr. returns to Project One with a new collection of sensational glitter works that celebrate the iconography of awesomeness. By employing familiar, craft-based techniques, Garcia invites an immediate connection to his work through shared experience. That everyone, at some point in their lives, has made something fun with a little glue and glitter is the foundation upon which he expands his art. This exhibit runs through February 2, 2013.
