A pianist who balances qualities of excitement and spontaneity with clarity and elegance, Anne-Marie McDermott has played concertos, recitals, and chamber music in hundreds of cities throughout the world. Ms. McDermott joins New Century in a piano concerto by Mozart and Chausson's Concert for Piano, Violin and String Quartet, Op. 21, continuing the tradition with music director Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg. Open Rehearsal on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 10am at the Herbst Theatre in San Francisco. Performances on Wednesday April 3 at 8am at the Herbst Theatre; Thursday, April 4 at 8pm at the First Congregational Church in Berkeley; Friday, April 5 at 8pm at the Center for Performing Arts at Menlo-Atherton; and, Sunday, April 7 at 5pm at the Osher Marin JCC.
