The SJSU College of Education and Santa Clara Co. Office of Education are sponsoring the fourth annual Marion Cilker Conference for the Arts in Education. The goal of this event is to provide the ideas and inspiration for teachers (transitional K through grade eight) to incorporate arts education into the regular classroom curriculum. The conference will be held for local teachers, parents, administrators, and interested community members. There will be workshops in many areas of the arts including theater, dance, music, puppetry, and visual arts. Please register as space is limited!

KQED Education will be presenting a session on cultural fluency through arts-based media. We hope to see you there!

Continuing Education Units (through SJSU) are available for an additional fee of $30 for 0.5 units. Certificates of professional development hours will be provided free of charge.
