Kearny Street Workshop and East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation present In the Currents: Bay Area Iranian/American Art Today at the Asian Resource Center Gallery. Curated by Taraneh Hemami and Lucy Kalyani Lin, the gallery event will feature Sholeh Asgary, Farhad Bahram, Ali Dadgar, Ala Ebtekar, Amir Esfahani, Mitra Fabian, Arash Fayez, Sanaz Mazinani, Maysha Mohamedi, Bahar Sabzevari, Azin Seraj, and Bijan Yashar. A panel discussion will be held Saturday, June 9, 1-3pm. The opening party is on Friday, April 6, 5-9pm with an exhibit tour led by the curators from 5:30-6pm.
