KQED Member Day at SFMOMA: June 9, 2011
Join KQED at SFMOMA for KQED Member Day to see The Steins Collect: Matisse, Picasso and the Parisian Avant-Garde. This new exhibition reunites the unparalleled modern art collections of the Steins -- writer Gertrude, her brothers Leo and Michael, and Michael's wife, Sarah. This landmark show pulls from collections around the world to reunite the Steins' remarkable holdings, bringing together, for the first time in a generation, dozens of works by Matisse and Picasso, as well as important pieces by Paul Cezanne, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, and many others.
KQED and KTEH members must present a valid KQED MemberCard and photo ID for free admission for yourself and one guest to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Each member card also entitles you to a one-time, same-day 10% discount on a new SFMOMA membership, as well as purchases at the museum store.
